Our Policies
Check-In Policy
We will make every effort to have your accommodation ready between 4-7 p.m., but check-in delays may occur during peak rental times. We appreciate your patience and ask that you have alternative plans in case of delays. If you will be arriving after 6 p.m., please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for a late check-in. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-Out Policy
Our standard checkout time is 11 a.m. on your departure date. We kindly ask that you vacate your unit by this time to allow our housekeeping staff to prepare for our next guests.
Failure to vacate, properly lock and secure all of the property, including locking the golf carts, and/or returning all keys, amenity passes, and garage door openers to the company’s office by 11 a.m. on your departure date will result in an automatic penalty fee equal to one night’s rental rate, which the guest hereby authorizes the company to charge to the credit card on file.
Golf carts provided by The Reunion for our guests may NOT be used for a round of golf on the day of check-out.
Pet Policy
No pets of any kind are allowed on The Reunion property. This policy does not apply to service animals or emotional support animals that are legally required as a reasonable accommodation for a guest with a disability. Please notify our office during the reservation process if you need this accommodation.
